Primary/Elementary
Our Primary/Kindergarten program serves as the culminating year of the Montessori Primary cycle, designed for children who are developmentally ready for deeper academic focus, leadership, and independence. This year allows children to solidify foundational skills while gaining confidence as capable, responsible learners. The carefully prepared environment focuses on children ages 4-6 years old. In this mixed-age classroom, children learn alongside peers of different ages, fostering collaboration, leadership, and respect.
Children engage in a daily uninterrupted work cycle where they choose purposeful activities based on their interests and readiness. As the oldest members of the classroom these children naturally step into leadership roles. They model grace and courtesy, assist younger peers, and take responsibility for classroom routines—building self-esteem and a strong sense of community.
